A condemnation and condemnation statement about the massacre of Kutum in North Darfur
To Mr. / Prime Minister Dr. Abdullah Hamdouk
To all activists and leaders of civil society organizations
(And whoever kills a soul without a soul, as if he killed all people)
We have been following The United Sudanese International Council to follow up the conditions in Sudan under the transitional government for the forces of freedom and change and the main partner of the transitional military council from racial strife and ethnic conflicts, in Port Sudan and Kordofan. And Darfur and the deviation of the transitional government from meeting the demands of the civil revolutionaries, as well as the developments of events in the Darfur region, from killing, rape, looting and robbery, that the enemies of peace and merchants of war who do not want Sudan to settle and grow from the former regime’s agents and war merchants, are behind the creation of these conflicts and the blood that most of its victims Innocent civilians.
Finally, the displaced Darfuri people began expressing their legitimate demands in the form of civil and peaceful demonstrations and sit-ins, in Nartati, Nyala, Zalingei, Kabkabiya and Kutum.
The urgent and legitimate demands of the people and the displaced and innocent citizens were demanding the right to return to their homes, lands and farms in order to exercise their normal life.
However, the people were surprised that there was a complete occupation of their lands and farms, and that there were unidentified armed groups who came from outside the country and occupied the lands of the citizens and threatened them with death if they returned. These armed groups have appeared in the Congo, Amo and Ain Siro regions, and they have threatened and displaced and expanded the activities of these groups Inside the vertical areas of Fornq, Anka, Mestib and Sarif Hamo, they killed two citizens, and after the sit-in of the village of Fata Borno, which is one of the outskirts of the city of Kutum, and their protest against the occupation of their farms and lands and assaulting them with murder and rape. On Sunday, July 12, 2020, armed groups consisting of 1,000 tensioners, 200 horses, and 200 vehicles, a Land Cruiser armed with heavy and light weapons, attacked and attacked peaceful and innocent protesters, killing more than 40 peaceful protesters, innocent women and children, and burning the city of Kutum and government headquarters. The property of the citizens was looted.
The phenomenon of armed groups assaulting such equipment and military equipment, the practice of barbaric killing and blatant accession in broad daylight, the complete absence of state authority and their standing by and the movement of security authorities after the withdrawal of these terrorist groups and the defunct National Congress militia is a sinful scheme of the forces of prostitution, evil and aggression, in An attempt to thwart efforts to achieve a just peace in Sudan and achieve justice.
Therefore, The United Sudanese International Council condemns these violations that elevate the level of war crimes and genocide.
And demands The United Sudanese International Council. The Sudanese Prime Minister, Dr. Abdullah Hamdouk, called for the convening of the emergency cabinet, and served as a fair commission of inquiry on the Kutum and Faperno massacre.
Also, the investigation of the issue of occupying the lands of the Sudan by foreign forces, armed with all weapons and destruction, in the presence of a transitional government.
Immediate dismissal of the governor of North Darfur, and director of the security apparatus and the arrest of perpetrators of the heinous crime in Kutum.
We in the Sudanese International Federation Council strongly support the ongoing peace steps in southern Sudan, and we strongly support the efforts led by revolutionary movements cultivated with patience to achieve a just peace.
We are closely watching the enemies of peace and trying to sow discord and bring it back to the Darfur region for the first square and the war, and we reject an attempt to sow the seeds of the two elements among the components of Darfur, and we appeal to the transitional government to arrest the heads of discord and bring them to justice.
We call on all leaders and activists around the world to support peace efforts and achieve justice and support. And advocate for the displaced and refugees.
The absence of its leaders and displaced representatives. Refugees and civil society on peace negotiations will delay the peace process.
Therefore, we are asking in the Sudanese International Federation Council for mediation in the state of South Sudan and the Revolutionary Front led by Dr. Al-Hadi Idris to allocate seats to its leaders, displaced leaders and representatives of civil society organizations.
We call on the American government, the government of Canada, the European Union, the African Union, the Security Council and the United Nations to convene an emergency meeting to consider the issue of anonymous forces entering the Darfur region and its occupation of the citizens ’lands, and we are from agriculture, freedom of movement, the practice of burning, killing, arrests, polling, and sending an international fact-finding committee under the government that is unable to protect Innocent citizens.
The foundations of the Sudanese problem are formed in the presence of free and war criminals wanted by the International Criminal Court. A strong government refuses freedom and change to hand over those wanted to the International Criminal Court, prompting them to commit more crimes.
We appeal to the international community to consider these militias and these foreign forces that move in the Darfur region as terrorist groups, exercising their powers outside the framework of the Sudanese state and for the sake of a strong foreign interest and occupying the lands of the citizens of the Darfur region by force of arms.
In conclusion, we announce in the Sudanese International Federation Council an international campaign to fulfill the demands of the civil, revolutionary and civil civil committees in the Darfur region, and support and advocate the victims of the genocide in the Darfur region, the Nuba Mountains and the Blue Nile.
We will submit urgent notes to the Security Council, the United Nations and all forums in order for justice and peace to be achieved throughout Sudan. We will resist all forms of racism for a free Sudan and a bright future
